Canadian singer / songwriter / performer, born into a very multicultural society of Trinidad, West Indies, JSK was immediately exposed to eccentricities in musical styles that led to a passion for music of all genres and further ignited his drive to create flavors for the moods that are altered by the seasons. 

One is immediately drawn into his music through the strength and conviction of his unique voice coupled with entertaining performances that express the complexities of life and relationships as they truly are. 

Educated by experience, but experienced enough to realize that it’s always the beginning of a new lesson, JSK has an ambitious ugly agenda that involves debt, dues, and a lot of tired shoes.

The Acoostic Shooters (Duo)

The Acoostic Shooters burst out onto the scene in 2009 and have played almost every type of venue in town. Our act is flexible enough to fit the compact size of any pub and  our full sound with plenty PA gear allow us to scale to play any size event. 

Jason has been on the Ottawa scene for over 15 years and has had the pleasure to open for artists such as Default, Swollen Members, Smoother, Not By Choice, Kathleen Edwards, Staggered Crossing and Stabilo. Through these years he has sharpened his talents as a songwriter and musician (jskmusic.com). His vocals are second to none! 

Eric has been playing in bands for more than 20 years playing acoustic, electric and bass guitars. He is known for playing the acoustic guitar with excellent dynamics to create depth and his vocals mesh perfectly with Jason's lead vocal. Eric has played in bands that have opened for such artists as Matchbox 20, Bif Naked, Stabilo and several others while playing with Jason in Tweak.
